Academic Profile
The campus has grown to serve over 9,000 students in four academic units. It offers degrees in more than thirty undergraduate programs and eleven graduate programs. Each program offers unique specializations or concentrations. The campus will also be adding additional academic programs during the next five years. Additionally, there are seventeen credential and three certificate programs in the College of Education.
California State University San Marcos is open to all CSU-eligible first time freshmen and upper division transfer applicants. In addition, students pursuing second bachelor’s degrees in Nursing, Mathematics and Science-related majors are encouraged to apply. SAT I or ACT examinations should be taken no later than December of the senior year. |
